How it works

One story in. Controlled, branded outputs out.

AVAIA follows The Content Flow: content enters, AVAIA orchestrates and transforms it, and it leaves as branded outputs ready for each format.

  1. Set up the agency

An agency workspace is created and its brand pack — logos, colours, fonts and approved templates — is configured and versioned.

  2. Start from a story

Create a project from a story and add the text and media you want to use.

  3. Choose only the outputs you need

A static card, a motion card, a video, a voice track — or all of them. Simple tasks stay simple.

  4. Review and refine

Check each output and its versions, adjust within approved limits, and follow jobs as they run.

  5. Publish

Hand approved outputs to the publishing engine, which tracks every result. Live delivery is switched on per channel once qualified; native Meta publishing is in development.

Principles behind the flow

Show only the decision that matters

Complexity lives in presets, policies and background jobs — not on the screen.

Brand consistency first

Staff cannot accidentally move a logo, use an unapproved font or publish a wrong aspect ratio.

Deterministic final output

Final branded images and video are rendered server-side the same way every time.

Fail closed

When a publishing result is uncertain, AVAIA reconciles instead of blindly re-sending.
